Senior Director, Global System Asset Reliability

The Senior Director, Global Systems Asset Reliability, will enable high performance and reliability for the TCCC global workplace locations, and assets including the corporate aviation fleet and hangar location. In coordination and full collaboration with the GRW Facility Management teams and GRW Capability Centers, the Senior Director, Global Systems Asset Reliability is responsible for implementing a strategic asset management plan to integrate operational systems including building condition assessments, maintenance programs, EHS, life-cycle asset management, energy management approach all through leveraging 3rd party service providers and incorporating Coca-Cola's KORE Technical Requirements.
Develops analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment, and processes. Acquires and analyzes data from internal GRW teams and partners to continually improve maintenance program strategy to meet outcomes-based performance measures. Conducts ongoing maintenance maturity assessments to assure progress to plan. Oversees root cause failure analysis (RCFA) of equipment failures to determine the required corrective action for the situation.
What You'll Do for Us
Developing the Capability Center
Asset Management
+ Support all efforts in the execution of region and site level Asset Management & Reliability programs and processes, including aviation to effectively increase equipment/system reliability and compliance.
+ Coordinates the use of other engineers, technicians, and third-party resources to accomplish the objective of cost-effective Asset Management & Reliability improvements for asset maintenance and projects.
Reliability
+ Equipment preventative maintenance (PM) task creation and management for continuous improvement and PM optimization.
+ Responsible for ranking the criticality of the assets under GWS care, typically using Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches, and for defining the proactive maintenance approaches that are cost-beneficial to the business.
+ Create and conduct Reliability studies, as well as understanding drawings and schematics.
+ Create risk mitigation strategies for critical assets that can be deployed across the asset portfolio.
+ Investigate new technologies for reliability improvements.
+ Considers impact of costs on recommended action plans for avoiding/correcting problems during the design phase or remedial action for correcting reliability problems on installed equipment; performs root cause failure analysis to help prevent failures.
+ Facilitates/supports operational event and equipment failure investigations to ensure that the root cause/causal factors have been identified, corrective actions prescribed, and follow-up monitoring conducted as applicable, to determine effectiveness.
Condition Based Maintenance
+ The understanding of moving and rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, etc., from an operations and maintenance perspective, mechanically and electrically.
+ Experience with Root Cause Analysis, Building Condition Assessments, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM optimization, Defect Elimination, and/or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.
Workflow Management
+ Maintain complete and accurate records/plans within computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) related to equipment, specifications data, BOM, failure history, etc.
+ Ensure and maintain the appropriate Maintenance and Reliability metrics are in place throughout the location and assets, (planned/unplanned work, planning/scheduling metrics, cost metrics, MTBF, replacement asset value, etc.).
+ Ensure asset and equipment history is maintained and analyzed for future trends
Capital Asset Renewal/Capital Planning
+ Execute multi-discipline building condition assessments across global portfolio including manufacturing, lab, office, and retail locations. Document and prioritize asset and building conditions to evaluate remaining useful life. Document findings in detailed written report, database, and report in dashboard format.
+ Compile and prioritize portfolio wide findings for short- and long-range capital planning and lifecycle asset management programs.
+ Supports commissioning activities for all upgrade, renovation, and construction projects which may include, but not limited to, PM job plans, reviews for maintainability, critical spares, documentation, etc.
Communication Complexities
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical staff and to interact with executive management
+ Ability to collaborate with high performing teams, including a highly outsourced integrated organization. Ability to drive operational excellence across the organization and foster continuous improvement through collaboration and team buildings. Ability to provide guidance and training to team members on new concepts and ideas.
+ Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business data, documents and develop advisory/problem solving, brainstorming, virtually and in person. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Relationship building through superior communication skills is highly relevant to maintaining mutually beneficial client relationships and trust.
+ Negotiate and provide counsel to all stakeholders, to identify solutions.
Analysis
+ Ability to analyze data across diverse regions, identifying differences that can be legitimately rationalized based on local needs, culture, etc. Ability to conduct comparative analysis and drive insights from data.
+ Focus on driving continuous improvement within the facilities management capability that is informed by data and performance within regions, as well as external leading practices.
+ Ability to comprehend, analysis and interpret complex business problems and drive effective real estate and workplace solutions.
+ Ability to balance the needs of the group with the TCCC enterprise and the fiduciary responsibility of GWS.
+ Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry real estate and workplace environment. This role must develop transformational approaches to solve problems related to the workplace and identify, study and resolve the associated issues and barriers to keep initiatives moving forward and effectively mitigate/manage the associated risk.
Qualifications & Requirements
+ Bachelor's Degree Preferred in Facilities or Engineering Related field or business
+ Highly self-motivated, experienced in strategic thinking and analytical skills
+ Comfortable managing in ambiguity and operates well in environments with imperfect information
+ Service oriented
+ Influence and negotiation skills
+ Experience in implementing large scale real estate initiatives
+ Experience in driving consistency via process, playbooks, and standards development.
+ Excellent verbal and written skills
+ Track record of building and functioning with high performing teams
+ Demonstrated ability to define, set expectations, influence and execute multiple concurrent projects simultaneously.
+ International and/or multi-national organizational experience
+ This position will be working with all TCCC OU globally

Pay Range:$169,000 - $190,200
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
