Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia (http://dhmf.org/sequoia) **is** seeking an experienced, team-oriented **Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine)** interested in joining our busy **Express Primary Care Clinic** in beautiful **Half Moon Bay, CA** . We are a growing multi-specialty group and affiliated with Sequoia Hospital (https://www.dignityhealth.org/bayarea/locations/sequoia) . We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

Opportunity Highlights:

+ 4.5-day Schedule, NO WEEKENDS

+ Work from home 1 day per week

+ 80/20 Walk-ins and Scheduled patient visits

+ E-fill service and inbox support for work-life balance

+ Mentorship and robust onboarding

+ Opportunity to perform in-office procedures based on clinical interest and patient needs (e.g., joint injections, skin biopsies, I&Ds, pap smears, etc.)

Compensation/Benefits Include:

+ Guaranteed Salary of $280k per year

+ Annual productivity and quality bonuses

Qualifications

+ Active California state medical license and DEA registration

+ BE/BC in Family Medicine

+ Strong clinical skills and experience working with all ages

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment

+ Spanish proficiency a plus

+ Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for the unique needs of elderly patients

$120.19 - $134.61 /hour
