    Responsibilities

    Our multispecialty group, **Dignity Health Medical Group – Stockton** , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician to join our team in Stockton, California.     + Aligned with 3-star STS Cardiac program (CABG, AVR)

    + Designated STEMI Center (affiliate hospital)

    + Certified Primary Stroke Center (Joint Commission)

    + Good schools (public, private, charter, faith-based), affordable real estate

    + Practice in California’s sunny Central Valley with a lower cost of living and easy access to San Francisco, Napa, Monterey, and Lake Tahoe

    Competitive Compensation and Benefits:

    + Competitive 2yr salary guarantee period, plus excellent earning potential through productivity-based incentives

    + Salary range: $698,880 - $948,480/yr

    + Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

    Qualifications

    + Comfortable performing both cardiac and thoracic procedures

    + Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)

    + A valid and unrestricted California medical license

    + DEA Certification

    Pay Range

    $336.00 - $456.00 /hour
