Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

+ As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repairing machines and equipment to meet quality and performance standards while minimizing downtime

+ Projects will include building tables, facilities maintenance, and working on a variety of equipment

Responsibilities

+ Repair machines and equipment to meet all quality and performance standards

+ Perform routine housekeeping on machines and tools daily

+ Order, organize, and maintain all items needed to meet production requirements

+ Follow all plant conduct, work, and safety rules, and report unsafe acts and conditions immediately

+ Handle and store dies safely and properly

+ Write Safety Grams, Maintenance Work Orders, and Requests for Engineering when necessary

+ Maintain a clean, orderly, tidy, and safe work environment at all times

+ Assist during company inventories as needed

+ Attend job-related educational opportunities

+ Participate in assigned projects and improvement teams

+ Perform all other duties as assigned and necessary

Essential Skills

+ 3 years of mechanical background in mechanic, construction, maintenance, or similar fields

+ Preventative Maintenance expertise

+ Experience with hand and power tools, electrical systems, and PLC troubleshooting

+ Blueprint and schematic reading proficiency

+ 3 years of mechanical background in mechanic, construction, maintenance, or similar fields

+ Mechanical knowledge on conveyors, pumps, and hydraulics

+ 110V/22V electrical knowledge and experience

+ Minor welding and fabrication experience

Shifts

+ Openings on all shifts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
