Job Summary:

The Shipping Coordinator plays a critical role in managing logistics operations within the data center, ensuring efficient handling of equipment returns, warehouse inventory tracking, and shipment processing. This position requires expertise in RMA returns, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF Scanners, and operating forklifts or pallet jacks to maintain organized and timely shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate RMA returns for defective or replacement equipment, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.

+ Manage inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain proper stock levels and order fulfillment.

+ Process shipments, receiving, and distribution of data center hardware using RF Scanners for tracking.

+ Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move, load, and unload heavy equipment.

+ Ensure compliance with all safety standards and warehouse protocols for equipment handling and transportation.

+ Communicate with vendors, couriers, and internal teams to track shipments and resolve logistics issues efficiently.

+ Maintain detailed logs and reports of shipments, returns, and warehouse inventory.

+ Assist in developing streamlined shipping processes to improve efficiency and accuracy within the data center.

Qualifications & Skills:

+ Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or shipping coordination, preferably in a data center environment.

+ Strong understanding of RMA processes and return policies for data center equipment.

+ Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking.

+ Hands-on experience with RF Scanners for shipment processing and inventory control.

+ Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification preferred but not required).

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Strong communication skills for coordinating shipments and resolving logistical challenges.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
