As an Executive Director - Head of Card Content governance in Card Marketing, you will spearhead the transformation of content quality and compliance. You will develop and execute strategies to drive quality at the source, leveraging automation and innovative solutions. Your leadership will empower teams to make decisions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic value addition.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Ensure all Card Marketing creatives meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
+ Design and structure complex process transformation work, including opportunity assessments, process design, building of product requirements and change management.
+ Manage ambiguity by structuring complex problems and developing strategic solutions, applying range of analytical tools, synthesizing insights, and developing both strategic and tactical solutions
+ Establish operational metrics to measure creative execution quality and efficiency.
+ Use metrics to drive accountability for operational health and continuous improvements, establish management review processes to ensure accountability
+ Develop a vision for process and platform transformation with minimal oversight.
+ Lead a team through process and technology transformation, including upskilling.
+ Own change management activities for Content Management related transformation.
+ Isolate root causes of operational inefficiency and implement sustainable solutions.
+ Build deep collaboration with partners, especially Legal and Product.
+ Communicate effectively through impactful storytelling.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
+ Deep knowledge of Design Thinking and Agile management.
+ Minimum of 6 years of post-graduate work experience.
+ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher.
+ At least 5 years of product operations management experience.
+ Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and operate effectively.
+ Skilled in structuring complex process and technology work.
+ Proven track record of challenging the status quo to achieve efficient outcomes.
+ Strong relationship-building skills for collaboration across a matrixed organization.
+ Proficiency in using measurement to manage business health and transformation impact.
+ Initiative and ability to work with minimal direction.
+ Expertise in building PowerPoints and project plans quickly.
