Allegiant Stadium

Job Summary
The Booking Coordinator is responsible for creating and organizing systems to efficiently streamline venue, one- off, corporate and festivals bookings. Working closely with the Talent Buyer, the Booking Coordinator places holds, builds offers, works within internal ticketing systems. Incumbent communicates internally and externally with agents and artist teams.
Essential Functions
+ Plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs all activities related to booking the venue upon direction of the VP of Booking and/or the General Manager.
+ Manage and maintain booking database system. Create and maintain show files with all relevant documents, deal points, contracts, COI’s etc.
+ Explores and pursues new events for the Stadium, including (but not limited to) new touring events and types not currently hosted at the Stadium. An emphasis is placed on creating new, unique events for the Stadium, including local, regional, national, and international sporting events, concerts, comedy, family entertainment and special events.
+ Interfaces with promoters, talent booking, artist managers, and agents.
+ Liaise with all internal departments (marketing, finance, ticketing, contracting) once events are confirmed to ensure all communication, paperwork is included to support settlement.
+ Use past show data to run analytics to help support future shows, and other data related projects.
+ Provides input on branding and marketing efforts, including sales collateral and show related marketing, not limited to print, press, tradeshows, and the venue’s social media outlets.
+ Support with other special projects as assigned by the VP of Booking and/or the General Manager.
Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):
A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred) A minimum of 2 years of related work experience Ability to act with discretion and handle confidential information. Must be personable, organized, self -motivated, detail-orientated, and reliable. Excellent customer service and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced office environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); and ability to learn required business systems. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):
Knowledge of the music industry.
