Job Summary: Taking direction from the Strategic Sourcing Manager and Director of Supply Chain, this position participates in the sourcing and standardization of all Capital, Service and Project related purchases across the healthcare system. This position will participate in the process of bidding, contract review, creation of comparative analytics, bid award and purchase order creation. This position prepares Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) and focuses their efforts on understanding the statement of work, evaluation criteria, timelines, submittal requirements for each purchase type and delivers bids on time and to the required specifications. May perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications [Required]: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with Bid productions and management of Bid Calendars. Experience in the negotiation of Capital, Service and Project contracts. Demonstrated ability to manage projects in a Supply Chain setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization Demonstrates strong organizational skills. Must demonstrate ability to multitask and have strong customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and Visio including graphics, Lawson, e-Builder, Attainia, Compliance 360.

Preferred Qualifications: College Degree ( BA/BS ) from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education. Respective certifications in Materials Management preferred to include, Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) or equivalent work experience. Experience with GHX Applications to include EDI, CCX and Nuvia.

Salary Range: $93,400 - $103,700 annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
