    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated Test Engineering 4 to join our team\. The successful candidate will support production by addressing test facility issues, develop and implement automated test scripts, optimize test software, and introduce innovative testing methodologies\. This role offers the opportunity to engage in all phases of design, from initial development to full\-rate production support, supervise engineers and technicians, and mentor them on best practices\. Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to work across multiple programs\.

    Responsibilities:

    * Provide support for production by resolving test facility issues\.

    * Develop and implement automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing processes and increase throughput\.

    * Optimize and structure test software and sequences to ensure efficient testing\.

    * Develop and introduce new testing methodologies for both new and existing product lines\.

    * Participate in all aspects of design, from initial development through full\-rate production support\.

    * Supervise, train, and mentor engineers and technicians on testing procedures and best practices\.

    * Engage in challenging work supporting all products within a dynamic design environment\.

    * Work across multiple programs, ensuring consistency and efficiency in testing processes and methodologies\.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    * Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field\.

    * Over 5 years of experience in RF testing, with hands\-on experience using RF measurement tools and techniques\.

    * Strong knowledge of electrical test equipment and procedures\.

    * Ability to design, develop, and execute electrical testing procedures and protocols for various electronic systems and components\.

    * Proficiency in reading and understanding circuit schematics and diagrams\.

    * Solid understanding of RF and microwave circuitry and design principles\.

    * Experience with RF/Microwave testing equipment, including synthesizers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and vector network analyzers\.

    * Working knowledge of RF/MW circuit design\.

    * Ability to interface directly with engineering, test, manufacturing, and suppliers/subcontractors\.

    * Collaborative mindset with the ability to earn the respect of peers\.

    * Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance\. **Additional Qualifications:**

    * Experience with National Instruments Lab Windows / CVI\.

    * Proficiency in programming software in C or LabView for test automation\.

    * Experience in testing and troubleshooting MW/RF, analog, and digital designs\.

    * Experience in estimating engineering efforts and developing or maintaining project schedules is a plus\.

    * Proficiency in MS Office Suite \(PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project, Word\)\.

    * Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills\.

    * Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team\.

    * Experience in supervising and mentoring junior engineers and technicians\.

    * Ability to work across multiple programs, ensuring consistency and efficiency in testing processes and methodologies\.

    $121,000 \- $184,800 per year\.
