Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to join the xRay team as an Software Engineer 2. You will be part of a cross-functional team that includes Architecture, Product, Development, and Design, working on innovative solutions that directly impact thousands of customers. The position also requires support and monitoring for our non-production environments. Position focuses on solving hard problems, understanding stakeholders, and improving agile development processes. Develop products that provides seamless customer experience.

xRay is a syndicated triage tool for X1 Platform and Cloud TV developed under the Customer Engagement domain at Comcast & Syndication Partners. Provides a real-time health snapshot of a customer’s account and devices, along with historical impediment reports. These insights are critical for customer care agents to resolve issues efficiently. It is actively deployed across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, supporting care agents from Comcast and partner organizations such as Cox, Shaw, Rogers, Videotron, Charter, Sky, and Foxtel.
Technical Skills:
Frontend:
+ Proficiency in **Angular** .
+ Strong understanding of **TypeScript** , **HTML5** , and **CSS3**
+ Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Backend:
+ Strong experience with **Java** and **Spring Boot** .
+ RESTful API design and development.
+ Experience with Microservices architecture.
General:
+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
+ Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
+ Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum team.
+ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
