Job Summary
Position will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing our presence at local events, trade shows, and other strategic gatherings. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing successful events from conception to completion, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering customer engagement. Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on event marketing to join our dynamic team.
Develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and business** **objectives.
Identify, research, and evaluate potential local events, trade shows, conferences, and other opportunities for participation.
Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to define event goals, target audiences, and key messaging.
Develop detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and logistical requirements.
Manage all aspects of event** **logistics** **, including venue** **selection, vendor management.
Develop and execute post-event follow-up campaigns in collaboration with the sales team to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Track and report on lead generation performance and ROI for each event.** **Provides** **leadership and oversight to internal and external teams.
Train and brief internal staff** **participating in events on messaging, lead capture, and best practices.
Assists** **in translating business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers,** **products and industries.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular,** **consistent** **and punctual attendance** **. Able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as needed.
