**Note** : This position is based in Rochester, NY and requires up to 6 weeks of training at our corporate office. Upon completion of training, this position is fully work from home.
**Availability** : This is a **part-time** position that includes evening and weekend shifts. Shift times will vary between the hours of 8:30am-9:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:30am-6pm Saturday and Sunday.
What will I do?
+ Able to answer a high volume of incoming calls; assist customers by answering any questions
+ Communicate with internal customers (store pharmacies) regarding customer information/orders
+ Meet individual goals and team averages for number of calls per hour and talk time per call
+ Able to multi-task and complete work efficiently and effectively
+ Comply with all policies, state and federal laws including HIPAA - Must have a secure and private workspace to answer calls per HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications:
+ 1 or more years of pharmacy technician experience
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Systems aptitude, data entry and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Call center experience
+ Medical or insurance experience
+ Proficiency with EnterpriseRx
