Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinic Supervisor/Medical Assistant to join our team in a dynamic, multi-site environment. This role supports two full-time clinic locations and one outreach office, requiring strong leadership and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Supervise daily clinical operations across multiple sites
+ Provide hands-on support as a Medical Assistant (approximately 50% of the role)
+ Ensure smooth coordination between locations and teams
+ Foster a proactive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience as a clinic supervisor in a healthcare setting
+ Preferred: Background in Primary Care and/or OBGYN (can be learned on the job)
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
+ Self-starter with a go-getter attitude

Job Summary and Qualifications
Seeking a Licensed Clinic Supervisor (MA/LPN Lead) for our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:
+ May have direct patient care duties.
+ Helps establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for the assigned clinical areas.
+ Participates in the development and implementation of clinical plans.
+ Selects, trains/orients, and supervises departmental personnel. Responsible for work assignment and daily operations.
+ Evaluates performance and recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
+ Resolves problems in clinical areas and ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
+ Helps fiscal management and other administrative staff to develop/implement cost effective policies and procedures for all clinical areas, as well as billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections, purchasing, and space planning.
+ Monitors and controls clinical expenditures to remain within budget.
+ Serves as liaison between clinic and external agencies.
+ Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided
+ Participates in professional development activities to keep current with health care trends and practices
+ Maintains strictest confidentiality.
+ Performs related work as required.
+ Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.
What Qualifications you will need:
Education:
+ Graduate from an accredited school or program in medical assistant or vocational
Experience:
+ Two to three years of clinical experience in a medical office setting is preferred including 2 years in a clinical management position.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:
+ MA or LVN is required. CPR Certification. CPC Coding is requirement if coding duties are performed.
