Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** is seeking a **Procurement Agent** to support the **Phantom Works Advanced Weapons** **Supply Chain Contracting and Business Team** in **St. Charles, MO!
Position Responsibilities:
+ Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies
+ Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions
+ Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
+ Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management
+ Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
+ Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies
+ Work with internal and external customers to formalize procurement requirements and ensure requirements are adequate and accurate.
+ Prepare request for proposals, lead competitive or single source selections and select best value sources
+ Analyze supplier proposals, develop negotiation strategies and lead supplier negotiations for price, schedule and contractual terms and conditions.
+ Prepare written procurement file documentation required to document transactions and negotiated agreements.
+ Develop and negotiate other binding agreements such a proprietary information agreements (PIA’s), etc.
+ Facilitate, integrate and document business, technical and programmatic communications between Boeing and the supplier.
+ Manage supplier progress and performance and develop corrective action and risk mitigation plans, as required.
+ Interpret and enforces contract terms and conditions.
+ Monitor supplier capability, capacity and business health.
+ Support new business acquisition processes by identifying viable sources
+ Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
+ Manages purchase contract closeouts.
+ Manages supplier import and export regulatory requirements.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ More than 3 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.
+ More than 3 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.
+ More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher
+ More than 5 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
+ More than 3 years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts
+ Active US Secret Clearance
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Mid-Level (Level 3): $74,800 -$92,400
Experienced (Level 4): $95,200 - $117,600
Senior (Level 5): $117,300-$144,900
