    Job Description

    Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking aGolf Starter/Marshall | Part-Time | Foothills for the beautiful new Barton Creek Country Club! If you love hospitality, creating amazing customer experiences, and the structure and benefits that come from working with a hotel company then you will love working with Omni!

    Responsibilities

    + To perform the duties of greeting, starting, club cleaning, picking range balls from the practice facility, and transferring clubs to various locations

    + Participate in daily communication stand-up meetings

    + Assist the coordination of outside services for golf tournaments

    + Ensure consistent presentation according to Omni Hotels standards

    + Assist with the protection of all assets including security of the guest's golf clubs and rental clubs

    + Responsible for providing continuous detailing and maintenance to the golf course equipment and facility (e.g. golf carts, workstation, practice range, emptying trash receptacles, etc...)

    Qualifications

    + Working knowledge of the game is strongly preferred

    + Must have high standards for guest service and maintain a welcoming demeanor

    + Must be able to lift 60 pounds of golf clubs/buckets of practice balls

    + Must be able to operate a golf cart

    + May be subjected to adverse conditions - rain, wind, sun, extreme heat and cold

    + Must be able to operate golf cart, range picker, GPS and hand radio
