As the voice of our dealership, you’ll play a key role in providing a best-in-class customer experience—whether setting appointments, answering inquiries, or supporting our sales and service teams.

What You’ll Do:

+ Answer inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries in a professional, timely manner

+ Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments using CRM and dealership systems

+ Follow up with customers regarding recent visits, service reminders, or missed opportunities

+ Support marketing campaigns, outbound call efforts, and online lead management

+ Provide accurate information and route calls appropriately to other departments

+ Maintain detailed customer records and ensure follow-through on all communications

What We’re Looking For:

+ Prior experience in a BDC, call center, or automotive customer service role (preferred)

+ Clear and professional phone presence

+ Strong computer skills; experience with CDK, Xtime, or CRM systems is a plus

+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

+ Friendly, positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service

+ High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license preferred

Est. Hourly Earnings range from: $15.00 - $22.00
