Responsibilities
The Director of Sales Systems will lead the strategic direction, governance, and integration of core systems supporting our sales organization: CRM, Sales Enablement, Systems Automation, Forms, and more. The Director will have direct involvement with integration of product data platforms and customer record systems with other systems. This role is responsible for aligning system capabilities with commercial priorities, driving system adoption, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration between Sales, IT, Data, and Customer Success teams.
+ Platform Oversight & Governance:
+ Lead and manage members of the sales systems team.
+ Own system architecture, permissions, enhancements, and support models.
+ Ensure alignment between sales workflows and sales system capabilities.
+ Data Integration & Process Design:
+ Serve as the primary business lead for secondary ERP to PIM integration.
+ Partner with IT and the Data Integrity Manager to ensure clean item creation, categorization, and maintenance.
+ Create and implement cross-functional item setup SOPs.
+ Customer Data & Program Support:
+ Collaborate with the current administrator on customer data and integrity and maintenance standards.
+ Manage opportunities for CRM integrations with other platforms like CPQ, PIM, etc.
+ Cross-Department Collaboration:
+ Act as a bridge between Sales, IT, Marketing, and Ecommerce for system alignment.
+ Facilitate change management and system training initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities
+ 7+ years of experience in sales operations, systems management, or a related field.
+ 3+ years in a leadership or project management role overseeing CRM or sales systems.
+ Experience with ERP, PIM, and customer data systems in a B2B environment preferred.
+ Strong understanding of sales processes, data flow, and system interdependencies.
+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Work Location: Elverson, PA / Remote - commutable to Elverson, PA preferred
Compensation: Starting at $120K + Annual Bonus
