As an Operations Senior Specialist- Escrow Services, in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank. You will develop a broad knowledge of Escrow Servicing and a good understanding of processes within Escrow Analysis and will need to build a strong understanding of the systems used, procedures, reporting, and business workflows within assigned responsibilities. You will prioritize and execute time sensitive deliverables daily and with little direction or oversight and will need to become familiar with various reports and databases used by the team to complete daily activities. You will work closely with the Team Lead, Leadership Teams, Business Analysts, and other internal partners to identify, escalate, and resolve customer issues and will require detailed research and providing thorough responses to customer complaints and feedback and you may be asked to assist in creating, reviewing, revising, and submitting procedure updates as well as assist with audits, process walkthroughs, and requests from Control Team.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

+ Possess strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

+ Previous Mortgage Servicing experience

+ Conflict resolution, change management, influencing, and project management skills

+ High proficiency in problem solving, negotiation skills, and strategic management. Ability to analyze and apply regulatory requirements to existing or proposed policies, procedures and processes

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships with various teams across lines of business and communicate with management.

+ Ability to multitask and work on several initiatives at one time, using logic and independent decision making to prioritize tasks.

+ Ability to analyze, communicate, debrief and provide recommendations with all levels of peers

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

+ Escrow Servicing and Escrow Analysis experience

+ Experience with Eagle One, and other Home Lending systems

+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
