**Pay:** $25 - $30/hr
**Location:** New Albany, OH
**Type:** Contract
Shift:
+ Through October 2025: Monday – Friday, 2:30PM – 11:30PM
+ After October 2025: 3 days per week with rotating weekends, 6AM – 6:30PM
Responsibilities:
+ Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment in accordance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
+ Maintain machine uptime by resolving faults and clearing stoppages on automated systems.
+ Execute routine manufacturing tasks including raw material dispensing, material reconciliation, line clearance, basic analytics, and transaction recording.
+ Support documentation processes such as reviewing procedures, job plans, logs, area audits, and batch records.
+ Serve as a training resource for manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
+ Utilize Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to identify alarms and resolve production interruptions.
+ Ensure continuous production by maintaining the availability of components and materials.
+ Diagnose mechanical issues, safety concerns, or operational inefficiencies and contribute to resolution strategies.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements.
+ Use computer systems, including SAP, to manage inventory and maintain electronic batch records.
+ Follow standardized operating procedures for material handling, recordkeeping, assembly, and packaging
+ Report any discrepancies to uphold safety and quality standards
+ Assist in training team members on processes, equipment, and best practices.
Requirements:
+ High school diploma/GED (+2yrs), associate degree (+6months), OR bachelor’s degree coupled with GMP, manufacturing, or operations experience.
