Your Key Responsibilities

+ Continuously improve and refine the Schaeffler production system for your assigned area, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

+ Design and implement measures to optimize productivity in core and support production processes.

+ Utilize crucial engineering techniques to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

+ Collaborate in the development of engineering strategies that drive success in key organizational fields.

+ Assist in aligning capacity demand, budgets, and investment projects for optimal operational performance.

Your Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

+ CAD Software experience

+ SAP MRP system Knowledge

+ Understanding of Lean Principles (e.g. Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, FIFO, etc.

+ External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
