    JOB SUMMARY:

    Inspects aircraft components for conformance to customer and engineering standards\. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

    Determines methods, operations, sequences, and set\-ups to perform inspections

    + Inspects products for conformance to customer and engineering standards

    + Participates in related production support functions as directed by team lead/manager

    + Performs mid to complex quality control checks of mechanical components

    + Determines inspection methods, operations, sequences

    + Set\-ups repairs, overhaul documentation

    + Learns to assist Lead on process planning and flow

    + Learns to assist Lead in training employees

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION:

    Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certificationTechnical education or FAA Airframe & Powerplant license preferred **EXPERIENCE:**

     

    + Minimum 1 year aircraft maintenance experience is required\.

    + Dynamic component repair, overhaul, and maintenance experience is preferred\.

     

    - Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority, if applicable
