**The community you’ll be caring for:** _AdventHealth East Orlando_

+ AdventHealth East Orlando, a 265-bed community hospital, has been serving East Orlando residents since 1941 as an innovative local leader that fills a vital need in a fast-growing area

+ A recent 200,000 square-foot expansion project upgraded the hospital to 265 beds, with a spacious patient tower and 80 new private rooms designed to enhance the holistic care experience

+ Annual number of emergency cases: 89,018

The role you’ll contribute:

_Performs the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems for the organization. Assists in operation and general maintenance of all essential repairs related to the facility. Performs all duties under direct supervision of a licensed electrician._

The value you’ll bring to the team:

_·_ _Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems. Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested_

_·_ _Troubleshoots, analyzes, repairs electrical problems. Diagnosis and repair system malfunctions on all electrical equipment as scheduled or needed under general supervision_

_·_ _Coordinates and performs testing of electrical systems as required by codes_

_·_ _Responds to in-house Work Orders and PM's on daily basis, and in a timely manner_

_·_ _Under general supervision may be required to respond to emergency calls_

_·_ _May be required to take call in accordance with facility in a timely manner_

_·_ _Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. Maintains record ensuring compliance with TJC, Federal, State and Local regulations and standards. Responsible for keeping current on maintenance logs_

_·_ _Performs other duties as assigned_

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:

•** **High School Grad or Equiv and 2 years experience

•** **Three years of healthcare maintenance

• **Driver's License** _2/28/22_
