    Seasonal Lawn Care Position – YMCA Union Park

    **Location:** YMCA’s Union Park, 11764 John F Kennedy Road, Dubuque, IA 52001

    **Schedule:** Flexible hours | Seasonal (May–August)

     

    The Dubuque YMCA is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to handle lawn mowing and basic grounds maintenance at our YMCA Camp location at Union Park. Our camp hosts a variety of outdoor adventures for youth and families, and we take pride in maintaining safe, welcoming, and beautiful grounds for everyone to enjoy.

    Responsibilities:

    + Mow and trim grass in designated areas of camp property

    + Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing outdoor spaces

    + Report any maintenance issues or hazards

    Qualifications:

    + Prior experience with lawn mowing equipment preferred

    + Able to work independently and efficiently

    + Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

    Details:

    + Flexible part-time schedule (approx. 5–10 hours per week depending on need)

    + Equipment provided
