What you'll do...

+ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously to allow the team to move with speed.

+ Guide projects forward independently after initial training.

+ Use your expertise in Figma to create high-quality digital designs, including templates, paid ads, and presentation decks.

+ Maintain a clean and simple design aesthetic that aligns with our team's philosophy.

+ Work with team members to brainstorm and solve design challenges.

+ Contribute to a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and learning new skills from peers.

+ You will ensure all design work follows brand guidelines and maintain consistency across multiple platforms and materials.

+ Keep up with the latest design trends and best practices to improve your work.

+ Build relationships with team members and partners.

+ Preferably based in Hoboken to facilitate hands-on collaboration and daily team interactions.

+ Design toolkits, paid ads, and presentation decks that align with Walmart's Discovery campaigns.

+ Work with digital design systems, within Figma, and help evolve existing templates.

+ Use knowledge in grid structures to create, develop, and refine presentation decks.

+ Participate in the new brand refresh of Walmart, contributing to the evolving design style and creative direction.

What you'll bring:

+ 5+ years of design experience within an agency

+ 5+ years experience as a Senior Designer in the retail industry

+ 4+ years experience in a creative role

+ Portfolio showcasing a range of multi-channel creative projects

+ Experience of design, typography, photography, layout principles, and production process.

+ Proficiency in creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Figma, Microsoft 365.

+ Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 1 year's experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field OR 3 years' experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field.
