Your role and responsibilities

Software Developer, IBM Corporation, Sandy Springs, GA (Up to 40% telecommuting permitted):

* Responsible for migration of z/OS application to Hybrid cloud Platform.

* Design and develop the technical solution for an IT business requirement and provide technical leadership to the team in application development activities.

* Develop e-invoice real time solutions such as QR Code Generation in z/OS to meet the tax regulatory requirements.

* Analyze, design, and develop invoice reporting modules which provides printed invoices to country governments for Tax/Audit purpose.

* Perform Solution feasibility analysis, work in the design and development phase of an application, and work with test team to implement correct Test Frameworks.

* Provide development and upgrades to Automated Production copy tool which will be used for setup of IMS applications for testing various intercompany functionalities.

* Perform customization of Automated regression tools used in examining various interfaces and processing goods and service interface files.

* Design, develop, and upgrade functionalities related to the Invoice Digital Signature process.

* Responsible for modifications to ECMVS online exits required as part of implementation of new Intercompany business requirements.

* Provide Cryptographic Solutions to end users and customers for securing the IT enterprise.

* Ensure necessary software testing methods to support the middleware upgrades and patches applied to z/OS System.

* Responsible for business continuity plan supported by disaster recovery procedures.

* Ensure resiliency of the portfolio and support annual testing of the environment.

* Utilize: Unix System Services, Cryptographic System Services, DevOps Toolsets, Java Development Kit, Open liberty.

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and five (5) years of experience as an Application Developer or related. Five (5) years of experience must include utilizing Unix System Services, Cryptographic System Services, DevOps Toolsets, Java Development Kit, Open liberty. $175790 to $195808 per year. Full time. Required technical and professional expertise
