    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate a ball mill circuit and feed materials with a front-end loader to both the mill and dryer and perform basic quality tests on the material.

    + Performs preventive maintenance, lubrication and repairs on equipment.

    + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment problems to minimize downtime and ensure proper operation.

    + Performs housekeeping of the facility.

    + Follows all safety policies, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment including front end loaders

    + Basic Mechanical Troubleshooting skills

    + Commitment to safety and compliance standards.

    + Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed

    + Making process adjustments for quality control.

    Work Environment

    + Fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing plant setting.

    + Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and heavy machinery.

    + Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials.
