Mission:
Lead the Implementation, Professional Services and Data Migration services teams to deliver exceptional results, ensuring customers achieve impacts that lead to retention and expansion.
What you’ll be doing:
+ Define and track Time to Value metrics that reflect the customer implementation journey
+ Drive consistent, high-quality implementation across all customer segments
+ Increase 90-day logo retention through improved onboarding effectiveness
+ Ensure 100% of Strategic and Enterprise new customers are onboarded via Professional Services
+ Expand Professional Services remote program to onboard 100% of Mid-Market new customers
+ Improve implementation session show rates and reduce time to first session and completion
+ Launch a partner implementation program to scale services
+ Oversee successful implementation of ancillary product solutions
+ Coach and mentor teams to hit satisfaction benchmarks, including 95% Customer Satisfaction
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support to streamline the onboarding experience
What makes you the hero for this job:
+ 8+ years in B2B SaaS onboarding, implementation, or professional services, including 4+ years in a leadership role
+ Proven track record of improving retention and expansion metrics through onboarding and implementation excellence
+ Experience leading high-performing teams with strong coaching and mentorship
+ Deep knowledge of onboarding strategies across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customer segments
+ AI-fluent: you’ve used AI tools to enhance segmentation, personalization, or implementation outcomes
+ Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset—you love dashboards and cohort analysis
+ Collaborative nature with experience working across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Marketo
+ Bonus: Familiarity with customer segments in the home services industry
