As an AVP, Market Manager you will:
+ Implement strategic plans aligned with market share growth, operational efficiency, and revenue enhancement for assigned branches.
+ Build a strong, successful, diverse, and effective Relationship Management team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
+ Lead the consultative sales process to grow market share and revenue.
+ Expand consumer and business relationships through partnered visits with other lines of business.
+ Foster community involvement through networking, maintaining COI relationships, and developing CRA opportunities.
+ Provide branch coverage as needed, performing duties of the Relationship Manager.
+ Oversee weekly schedules for branches in assigned market, coordinating with other Market Leaders as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Successful candidates will have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in business or related field, Bachelor's degree preferred;
+ A minimum of five years' experience in banking, with a minimum of three years of banking sales experience, coupled with supervisory experience;
+ Proven sales and leadership abilities required, and demonstrated organizational skills;
+ Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel.
