    Boscov’s Corporate/ Store Visual Merchandising Specialist

We are looking for Retail Visual Specialists to join our growing retail team.

    Job Responsibilities

    As a Corporate/Store Visual Specialist, you execute all aspects of visual merchandising in your location.

    Additional responsibilities include:

    + Partner with Store and Department managers to execute seasonal Prototype presentations

    + Execute departmental and storewide visual merchandising programs

    + Update and maintain mannequins/forms/presentations

    + Adjust accent lighting

    + Order visual properties following Corporate guidelines

    + Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the stock/work area

    + Email communication and basic paper work

    Job Requirements

    Successful candidates for the Corporate/Store Visual Specialist role should have the ability and desire to actively engage customers through storewide visual merchandising programs.

    Additional requirements of the Corporate/Store Visual Specialist include:

    + Experience in merchandising and styling, with knowledge of current trends.

    + Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.

    + Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, highly organized with an attention to detail.

    + Comfortable operating a computer/tablet. open to learning new programs and systems.

    + Ability to work as part of a team, or independently with little supervision.

    + Overnight Travel

    + Assist with store openings/renovation floor sets.

    + Assist with prep and packaging of graphic materials and supplies.

    + Assist with executing corporate initiatives and prototypes.
