Description We are looking for a skilled and proactive Corporate Counsel to join our team in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide critical legal support to our call center operations, focusing on litigation management, regulatory compliance, and employment-related legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic business environment while leveraging your expertise in corporate law.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in small-scale litigation matters, including drafting legal documents, filing cases, and making court appearances.

• Provide legal guidance on employment-related issues, including investigations, claims, and HR processes.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including telemarketing laws and data privacy policies.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, internal policies, and risk management strategies.

• Collaborate with outside counsel and advise internal teams on legal concerns.

• Monitor and address legal risks within the organization to safeguard business operations.

• Stay informed on relevant legal developments and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.

• Support strategic initiatives by providing legal insights and solutions. Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania and federal courts.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, ideally within a corporate or call center environment.

• Proven expertise in civil litigation, regulatory compliance, and employment law.

• Strong ability to draft and review contracts and policies.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with telemarketing and data privacy laws is a plus.
