    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role involves managing and resolving support tickets with a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and communication. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to switch tasks quickly, and maintain a high standard of data integrity while handling repetitive responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently and accurately.

    + Perform data entry using standard procedures and data program techniques.

    + Identify and correct errors through verification procedures.

    + Transcribe data from source materials into computer-compatible formats.

    + Proofread and edit documents, using judgment in formatting reports and letters.

    + Maintain comprehensive records of data input and documentation.

    + Compile and organize data, make calculations, and prepare reports.

    + Gather and verify information for use in reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

    + Provide clerical support, including document processing, coding, and file maintenance.

    + Participate in team meetings and escalate concerns to management.

    + Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    + 1–2 years of experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

    + Proven customer service skills, including experience speaking with vendors by phone.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and repetitive environment.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills—over-communication is encouraged.

    + Strong ability to adapt quickly and switch tasks as needed.
