    Unity House (Troy, NY)


    Position is eligible for a $750 sign on bonus

    Responsibilities:

    Complete intakes for program consumers.

     

    Provide crisis intervention.

     

    Provide referrals and link consumers to outside services within the community.

     

    Assist with food pantry and Re-Style store vouchers.

     

    Engage in ongoing, regular interactions with consumers.

     

    Complete compliance activities and produce final reports on outcomes as required.

     

    Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.

    Requirements :

    High School Diploma or GED required. Experience working with the public in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation is required. Valid and clean New York State driver license is required. Spanish speaking applicants encouraged to apply, language differential may apply!
