Master Data Specialist

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: The Master Data Specialist is part of our Finance Department located at our Corporate office in Greeley, Colorado. We are looking for a motivated person to lead the Customer Master and Vendor Management team.

Responsibilities:

+ Create and maintain customer or vendor master data information in SAP for global business units

+ Supervise team members to ensure day-to-day requests and activities are handled timely and accurately.

+ Provide solid customer service to key internal and external stakeholders

+ Monitor master data tickets, ensuring strict adherence to master data governance policies and procedures

+ Maintain master data quality and consistency

+ Address and resolve vendor or customer related issues

+ Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and procedures

+ Ad-hoc reporting and other project work

+ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree required – Data Analytics, CIS, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

+ Related experience preferred

+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service

+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve issues effectively

+ Focus on process improvement and efficiencies

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks maintaining attention to detail

+ Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm manner

+ Knowledge of SAP preferred

+ Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

+ As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

+ Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

+ Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

+ 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;

+ Base salary range of $58,656-$65,000;

+ Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
