    NOTE: This role is hybrid and requires 2 days a week onsite in our Walnut Creek, CA office.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Travel Sales Coordinator serves as a vital link between the sales team, advisors, and leadership, driving success through comprehensive operational support. Using multiple platforms, this role focuses on communication and support, event coordination and advisor relationship management while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships with internal partners in both operations and product and partnerships. This dynamic position offers potential hybrid or remote arrangements and requires someone who can effectively manage multiple priorities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES

    + Communication and support : Manage internal communications including coordinating and developing travel advisor newsletter, travel webinars, town halls and social media pages

    + Event coordination: Support and manage branch consumer travel events, manage travel sales event calendar, work with sales team and product and partnership team to identify all team needs; project manage from outline to tracking of deadlines and deliverables

    + Financial administration: Generate management reports, maintain sales team budgets, track sales promotions and initiatives

    + Advisor relationship management: Support advisor onboarding process, manage and update advisor roster and distro list, provide training resources, and order supplies

    + Daily inbox and request management: Manage travel agency inboxes, distribute sales leads and follow-up with TSMs and Travel Advisors

    + Technical and administrative support: Managing tech request for sales team, manage internal Travel Hub, updating sales information, operational procedures and various administrative tasks

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    + Industry and technical expertise:

    + Comprehensive travel industry knowledge

    + Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and web tools

    + Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

    + Experience with Facebook, Canva, Slack

    + Professional capabilities:

    + Excellent written and verbal communication

    + Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

    + Adaptable problem-solving skills

    + Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task

    EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

    PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

    + Minimum Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years of travel industry experience

    + Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office

    + Salesforce or other CRM experience, Canva, Facebook, Slack

     

    We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $62,319.00 - Mid: $77,899.00- Max: $93,478.00
