    Singer (Bellmawr, NJ)


    Overview

     

    The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining key accounts by managing customer relationships and sales. The Account Managers primary function is to manage all processes from concept to completion under each account and individual job.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and maintain daily account activity.

    + Serve as primary customer contact for assigned sales/account base. Promote and demonstrate productive and positive customer relationships by ensuring friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive customer support (lead by example)

    + Work collaboratively with other team functions, design, project management, and project coordination, and operations to leverage and maximize sales potential with respective account base.

    + Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company’s available resources, processes, products, and pricing structures.

    + Maintain a high level of communication (internal and external) regarding activity and account status/development initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely account sales forecasting.

    + Estimate jobs based on KEC drawings

    + Develop and maintain knowledge of equipment

    + Develop and maintain knowledge of customer’s concept, equipment, operations, and decision maker’s

     

    Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

     

    + 3-5 years industry experience required.

    + Proficient in AutoQuotes required.

    + Passion for the hospitality industry required.

    + Aptitude for technology required.

    + Entrepreneurial drive required.

    + Problem solving and critical thinking required.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

    + Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure while maintaining positive behavior required.

    + Ability to work both independently and in a team environment required.

    + Detail oriented, time and resource management skills, organizational and follow -through skills required.

    + Strong relationship building skills required.

    + Some overnight travel required.

    + Basic knowledge of Bluebeam preferred.

    + Ability to read a drawing required.

     

    Work Location: Bellmawr, NJ / Remote - commutable to Bellmawr, NJ preferred

     

    Compensation: $75-100K, Discretionary Annual Bonus
