The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

RWJBH is seeking a 0.9 FTE Advanced Practice Provider Variable shifts in the Cardiac Surgery department at the New Brunswick campus.

Qualifications:

+ Candidate should possess effective time management and critical care skills,

+ Must be able to adapt and adjust to a large volume acute patient population,

+ Skills with procedures such as central line placement, arterial line placement and chest tube placement are required,

+ Must also be accustomed to working as an autonomous provider ex: making treatment decisions and moving patient care forward,

+ Experience with POCUS is also preferred,

+ The expectation is for the candidate to work at full extent of their license,

+ 2 to 5 years of cardiac surgery or critical care experience preferred

+ 2 to 5 CT OR experience

Certifications and Licenses Required:

+ Current NJ APN PA license required

+ NCCPA certification required

+ CDS required

+ DEA required

+ BSN required

+ BLS required

+ ACLS required
