    About this Role

     

    We are seeking an entry-level Information Technology Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with hardware setup/configuration, troubleshooting, and replacement. They will also be responsible for deploying build images and software to laptops and desktops using SCCM. This role involves providing end-user support, including moves, transfers, new hires, and interacting with VIP users.

     

    What You'll Do

     

    + Hardware setup/configuration, troubleshooting, and replacement.

    + Deploying build images and software using SCCM.

    + End-user support, including moves, transfers, new hires, and VIP users.

    + Printer support and installation, basic network connectivity troubleshooting.

    + Inventory management and asset commissioning/decommissioning.

    + Troubleshooting and performing break-fix issues for desktops, laptops, accessories, and mobile devices.

    + VPN connectivity/installations and IMAC software/hardware requests.

    + Assets management and telephony services support.

    + Antivirus management and Citrix installation troubleshooting.

    + Veeam backup knowledge or similar

    + Mobile device management (MDM) for IOS and android devices.

    + Utilization of tools such as Teams, SCCM, RDP, Active Directory, and Webex.

     

    What You'll Bring

     

    + Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, and others. Are a plus but not required.

    + Help desk: 1 year experience (Preferred)

    + Windows: 1 year experience

    + Experience with VPN connectivity, antivirus management, Citrix installation troubleshooting, application/database installation, backup tape management, mobile device management (MDM), and telephony services is beneficial.

    + Familiarity with firewall configuration and security protocols.

    + Experience in supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android).

    + Proficiency in using IT support tools such as Jira or similar ticketing systems.

    + Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
