    DCH is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Compliance Specialist 2 with the Healthcare Facility Regulation Division (Personal Care Homes).

     

    Under broad supervision, assists in the operations of a unit, developing and administering policy, procedures & plans, and performs special projects as delegated. Compliance Specialist 2, conducts on-site surveys at Personal Care Homes regulated by the state to determine compliance with applicable state and/or federal rules and regulations. Surveys are conducted either independently or as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.

    High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of job-related experience; or two (2) years of experience required at the lower level Complnc Specialist 1 (RCP060) or position equivalent.
