As Manager of Controllership here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the controllership function. You will ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations, and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Your expertise in financial analysis and insights will support business decision-making, and you will provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will encompass a range of critical financial management tasks. You will be responsible for leading and managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. This entails the meticulous review of financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness, as well as addressing any discrepancies that may arise during this process. Another crucial aspect of your role will involve ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations. You will be tasked with preparing and submitting financial reports to various internal and external stakeholders, including management, auditors, and regulatory bodies, in order to maintain transparency and adherence to industry standards. Financial analysis will also be a significant part of your role. You will conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the financial data. These insights will form the basis for your recommendations to senior management, aiding them in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
+ Manage and oversee the daytoday operations of the controllership function
+ Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
+ Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
+ Review and analyze financial statements and reports
+ Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisionmaking
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency
YOU MUST HAVE
+ CPA or equivalent certification
+ Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or controllership
+ Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
+ Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools
+ Excellent leadership and people management skills
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
