As a **Service Contract Growth Director** here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving targetted strategies that lead to a direct improvement in our Service Bank growth.
These direct improvements will consist of a multi-prong approach of (a) creating pathways to net new Contract growth and (b) minimizing Cancellations and Deducts to an acceptable rate.
Success will consist of developing a structured Project to Service conversion model that improves our ability to secure net new Service Contracts via our greenfield project channel, working with cross functional teams to develop out-of-the-box ideas that drive Contract acquisition and standardizing our approach to minimize Cancellations and Deducts.
Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's programs. You will report directly to our **Chief Operations Office (COO)** and you’ll work out of our **Atlanta, GA** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule.
In this role, you will impact comprehensive strategic alignment, program efficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, team leadership, mentoring and development, compliance, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and organizational growth.
You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and enhancement of programs, contributing to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and oversee program management activities leading to Contract growth.
• Develop and implement strategies and best practices to drive to Contract growth.
• Ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
