Summary of Role:
Responsible for developing and supporting strategy and execution of new and existing relationships with members and clients. Provide support for BWM advisors by serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and developer of the client relationship management model. Lead the following initiatives for BWM: CRM, Financial Education, Marketing, Business Development, and Events inclusive of client appreciation events. Act as a liaison between Broadview Wealth Management and Broadview’s Marketing team.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
+ Build BWM’s book of business and wallet share, and support client retention, through Marketing and Business Development efforts.
+ Proactively expand BWM book of business through execution of sales and retention plan.
+ Work closely with Marketing (including Digital), Financial Well-Being, and Commercial teams, and refer business to other departments as appropriate.
+ Collaborate with external and internal partners, including Client Services Associates, on the successful execution of client appreciation events.
+ Lead BWM CRM initiatives by serving as the CRM SME.
+ Lead testing of new rollouts within BWM and create training sessions/documents for staff.
+ Serve as the liaison between the Director, Advisory Sales and Director, Advisory Operations when needing user input or reporting an issue.
+ Collaborate with the BWM Operations team on data cleanup projects and on-going data maintenance, including LPL ClientWorks and Salesforce CRM, to ensure accurate reporting.
+ Lead the BWM Financial Education program.
+ Develop and lead the execution of all member/client workshops and webinars, and assist Business Experience in scheduling SEG webinars.
+ Track workshop and webinar activity and outcomes, and deliver timely reporting to stakeholders.
+ Audit workshops and webinars, and send strategic reporting to stakeholders.
+ Retain and utilize skills, systems and regulations associated with the products and services offered by BWM.
+ Complete additional projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director, Advisory Operations.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
+ Preferred Associates degree or at least three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.
+ Demonstrated mastery of LPL ClientWorks and Salesforce.
+ Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office software applications.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and auditory communication skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Remain current on LPL, securities market, BWM investment policies/procedures and NYS Dept. of Financial Services Continuing Education and training (both required and available).
+ Basic knowledge of all Credit Union products and services.
Starting Compensation: $60,329-$73,903 annually, plus a competitive benefits package.
