Hiring for Shipping Associate

in Anoka, MN, US Pay $19-22/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Associate to accurately and efficiently pull, stage, and load orders. You will ensure all products are shipped in excellent condition, padded, wrapped, bolted, and strapped as necessary to arrive safely. Join our team and contribute to organizing our warehouse and maintaining a safe and productive environment.

Responsibilities

+ Accurately pull, stage, and load orders.

+ Ensure products are shipped in good condition.

+ Pad, wrap, bolt, and strap items as necessary.

+ Organize the warehouse to maintain safety and productivity.

+ Report supply needs and equipment breakdowns to the supervisor.

+ Operate a pallet jack and forklift.

Essential Skills

+ 6 months of manufacturing experience.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

+ Effective communication in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
