    As a Training Coordinator, you’ll drive the success of our Gas Plant Operations teams by developing, planning, and executing impactful training and qualification programs. You’ll partner with internal and external experts to create tailored training that keeps our people safe, skilled, and always ready.

    What you’ll do:

    + Develop engaging, site-specific training programs and lead standardized qualification and requalification processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

    + Collaborate with Gas Plant Operations management and site teams to schedule and deliver impactful training sessions.

    + Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on training activities and compliance, keeping leadership informed and aligned.

    What you’ll need:

    + Associate’s degree in power plant technology, training discipline, military trainer certificate, or equivalent.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

    + 3-5 years in power plant ops, or Navy Nuclear operations/training experience.

    + Ready to roll up your sleeves for occasional off-hours work, site visits (PPE required), and travel (up to 20%). Willing to navigate industrial environments—heat, cold, noise, and moving machinery included!
