    In our Packout Division in Kalispell, We are searching for an enthusiastic, responsible, hard working person to be a part of our team. You will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Some of your responsibilities include:

     

    + Front-desk: Greeting guests, managing the phone system, and handling mail and shipments

    + Scheduling: Planning and organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and calendars for senior staff

    + Communication: Responding to emails and phone calls, and drafting and editing documents

    + Organization: Maintaining filing systems, databases, and contact lists, ordering supplies and keeping track of inventory in various departments

    + Office supplies: Ordering and overseeing office supplies, warehouse inventory and food deliveries

     

    Research: Conducting research and summarizing information for reports or presentations

     

    Liaison: Acting as a liaison between other professionals in the office

     

    Experience:Must be proficient in Microsoft suite, QuickBooks, and capable of learning several web based programs

     

    You should have strong organizational and multitasking skills, and be able to work independently and follow through on assignments. You should also be able to handle confidential matters with discretion and good judgment. If this is you, we would love for you to come join our team!

     

    Compensation: $23,400.00 - $30,000.00 per year
