Essel is looking for dedicated Punch Prep/Finished Carpenters to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on completing the finishing touches on various projects, ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

+ Perform detailed punch list work, including installation and adjustments of trim, cabinets, and doors.

+ Finish carpentry tasks such as sanding, staining, and painting to achieve a professional finish.

+ Install fixtures and hardware with precision.

+ Inspect work for quality and adherence to project specifications.

+ Collaborate with other trades to complete projects efficiently.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter, preferably in residential or commercial projects.

+ Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and materials.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.

+ Attention to detail and a high standard for quality workmanship.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

+ Good communication and teamwork skills.

+ Physical stamina and ability to lift materials as needed.

+ Valid driver's license may be required.
