About the role

The Supply Project Manager willmanage,oversee,and coordinate workassociated with the successful andtimelyintroduction ofOTCnew products(NPD’s)and any changes to existing products(EPD’s), labels, displays, and other Supply driven projects. Within Reckitt's vibrant team, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and launching innovative products that will enhance and enrich lives across the globe. Your responsibilities

+ Manage the Product Change Manager team to execute the following duties, and responsibilities for NPD’s, EPD’s, and other product change activities.

+ Coordinate with all departments involved in projects, including, but not limited to Marketing, Cost Accounting, Item Master Specialist, Creative, Sourcing, Purchasing, Planning, Forecasting, Sales, Product Development, Research, Quality, Manufacturing and Customer Service.

+ Creates and maintains the timeline for OTC NPDs/EPDs and some supply driven projects using Microsoft Project, or other aligned software.

+ Provide set up and enrichment of raw material, intermediate, and finished goods in SAP

+ Facilitation of regular project meetings for ensuring deliverables are well understood, and actions are agreed, communicated, and followed up.

+ Provide accountability action items and follow-up for all project commercialization meetings.

+ Working with the project team to communicating efficiently across management levels, departments, and escalating in a professional and timely manner when necessary.

+ Determine Cost of Goods for new products through quotes and final costing including:

+ Obtaining and understanding new product requirements from Marketing

+ Work with the Item Master Specialist to set up new part number for the Quotes or new items within SAP

+ Receive formulas from R&D and coordinating entering them into SAP

+ Working with Marketing to obtain annual volumes

+ Working with the Packaging Engineers to determine packaging

+ Working with Sourcing on costing for new materials, using volumes from Marketing

+ Work with the Item Master Specialist to enter the Finished Goods Bill of Material into SAP

+ Working with Production in order to obtain routings for formulas and finished goods

+ Working with Cost Accounting to roll the costing up in SAP

The experience we're looking for

+ BA/BS degree in Engineering preferred.

+ Project Management experience with new product development preferred.

+ Stage Gate, MS Project, SAP, TrackWise, and TDS experience preferred.

+ Possess project management skills to cross-functionally lead and assist all disciplines within the company in bringing new products to commercialization successfully.

+ Results focus, goal oriented, ability to multitask, analytical skills, detailed oriented.

+ Individual must be highly motivated and creative at solving issues regarding the project

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software and the ability to learn additional computer skills.

+ Ability to lead and manage multi-functional resources on multiple projects and priorities is essential.

+ Ability to meet project commitments regarding launch date, cost and quality

+ Ability to motivate team members so task dates are completed on time.

Salary Range

USD $66,000.00 - $100,000.00

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
