    + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

    + 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or a similar role.

    + Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

    + Strong knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and ETL processes.

    + Experience in data manipulation and querying using SQL or similar languages.

    + Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

    + Ability to function successfully in team environment.

    + Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures.

    + Physical requirements

    + Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

    + Ability to sit or stand and work at a computer screen for periods of time.

    + Good vision to see computer screen.

    + Dexterity to manipulate computer keys and other office equipment

    + Requires the ability to think critically, strategically, and to articulate information in a clear and concise manner to others verbally and in writing.

    + Work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.

    + Read, hear and speak clearly.

    + Prepare reports, business correspondence, and business proposals.

    + Think quickly and logically.

    + Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Manager and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.

    + Develop and maintain custom and standard dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization and insights.

    + Gather, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

    + Design and implement data models and structures that support efficient data retrieval and analysis.

    + Perform data quality checks and implement data validation processes to ensure data integrity and consistency.

    + Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence tools and techniques.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, digital strategists, and data analysts, to ensure the delivery of actionable dashboards.

    + Train and support users in effectively utilizing dashboards and self-service reporting capabilities.

    + Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability and performance of data infrastructure and systems.

    + Continuously assess and improve dashboard usability, accessibility, and user experience.

    + Other duties as assigned.
