    We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth efficient running of the Store. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviors that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.

     

    You will also use your flair for retail and cash handling experience to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation as will also have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

    Qualifications

    Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview

     

    Le Labo fragrances was born in Grasse (France), raised in New York (USA) and offers artisanal genderless scented creations (fine perfumery, home fragrance as well as formulas for body, hair, and face). Le Labo stands for "the lab" in French: Each of our boutique’s function like an open laboratory designed as an entertainment park for the senses where people can take the time to smell and touch raw ingredients in order to awaken their olfactory system and trigger emotions.

     

    We freshly hand-blend our fragrances on site, to the order and each label is personalized with the date and place of the formulation as well as a message chosen by our client. Creating soulful Beauty with Care through our craft of slow perfumery is the heartbeat of our company. We work with a community of craftspeople who shape our world: the flower harvesters, the local family farms, the candle hand-pourers, the reclaimed wood artisans, the lab technicians etc.

     

    Joining Le Labo means joining a scented Revolution initiated more than 15 years ago as the antidote to mainstream fragrances and conventional marketing approaches.     JOB SUMMARY

    We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionated lab technician to join our team.

     

    Our lab technicians are brand ambassadors. They are storytellers that share the beauty of our craft with clients. Their mission is to create unique and memorable experiences for our clients, and to partner with the store manager on sales achievements and day-to-day operations. Our Lab technicians are key holders that are required to perform opening and closing duties. Our lab technician have a strong interest in supporting his/her teams, and he/she is a enthusiastic team player.

    OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    BUILD GENUINE CONNECTIONS WITH CLIENTS

    + Strong interest in creating sincere connections with clients

    + Guide the client’s journey through brand story, its values/beliefs and collections

    + Faciliate the connections with clients ensuring a warmth and welcoming instore environment

    + Offer support and resolve possible client situations following the company’s client care guide

    DRIVE SALES AND SUPPORT OMNICHANNELS OPERATIONS

    + Support the store manager to achieve sales goals, KPI, and store’s priorities

    + Build client connections to increase repeat visits, offer excellent customer service at all times

    + Prepare omnichannels orders (BOPIS, postmates, phone orders), close follow through with client communicating order’s information. Ensure timely execution

    + Collaborate with the Online Team in assisting clients with online orders or exchanges

    + Assisting in the fulfillment of corporate orders in collaboration with the partnership team

    SUPPORT BOUTIQUE’S OPERATIONS

    + Execute opening and closing tasks following company’s policy: store preparation and cleaness, replenishment, cash count, prepare deposit, opening & closure procedure etc…

    + Compound perfumes, label, and box the creations following the brand standards

    + Always maintain the cleanliness of the boutique and lab area

    + Properly handle cash transactions

    + Address any specific emails and requests in timely manner

    + Replenish stock as needed to support sales and proper merchandising of the boutique, escalate stock needs to management

    + Assist with monthly stock replenishment shipments: count, organization, and re-stocking

    + Submit maintenance requests and follow up with stakeholders

    + Collect and report client’s product requests in OOS tracker, share with manager and teams

    + Action and process omnichannel sales

    + Client facing experience with lifestyle brands, hospitality or retail required

    + Ability to work in fast-paced environment including weekends, and holidays and occasionally evenings

    + Strong in building relationships with colleagues and team player mindset

    + Professional demeanor and ability to be flexible and handle change in a positive manner

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Ability and desire to learn new procedures and processes

    + Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

    + Computer skills: Operation systems (Windows), basic knowledge of productivity software suites – Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
