Job Description
The Senior Director Analytics is responsible for the development and execution of analytical strategies which have significant impact on the enterprise. The position leads a team of skilled analysts with responsibility for researching, designing, developing and managing new analytic products and new data sources for Prime and its customers.
Responsibilities
+ Provide leadership to staff ensuring the prioritization of strategic and department level initiatives to include defining performance goals and targets
+ Communicate data findings, outcomes and strategies to cross-functional teams, Prime’s Executive Leaders Team (ELT), Prime’s clients and/or applicable network pharmacies
+ Oversee analytics teams to ensure solution aligns with end state goals/objectives and operational processes
+ Develop standardization of new best practice processes, procedures, and templates
+ Drive transformation and process standardization, execution, and improvement for all analytic work products
+ Create cost/benefit, return on investment (ROI) analysis, product benchmarks and other financial reports and models to support the business, while offering critical evaluation on both strategic and financial impacts to Prime
+ Provide comprehensive and relevant program level analysis and reporting to Prime management through the oversight and leadership of the applicable functional area
+ Leverage extensive pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and Healthcare industry expertise to provide senior level strategic analytical consultative services to a variety of audiences (clients, technical teams, project team members, executives, pharmacies, etc.)
+ Assist in the identification of analytic project tasks and scope (resources, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies) in partnership with internal and external clients and ensure alignment to strategic and department level initiatives
+ Oversee and manage analytical vendors for owned products, if applicable
+ Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
+ 10 years of combined work experience in project management, quality improvement and/or business analysis, to include experience in managed care or the pharmacy benefit management industry
+ 7 years of leadership/people management experience
+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications
+ Strong interpersonal communication skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution and listening
+ In depth knowledge of pharmacy performance analytics, waste analytics, Specialty Pharmacy and Medical Benefits
+ Ability to identify and implement consultative services opportunities
+ Ability to manage multiple, complex project simultaneously without compromising quality
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Math or related field
+ Experience in software product management such as SaaS or PaaS engagement model
+ Experience in Pragmatic Marketing Framework
+ Experience using multiple commercially available analytic tools and technologies
+ Experience with the design and development of new analytic products (full lifecycle experience from concept ideation to deployment)
+ Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) tools and deployment into analytics products
+ Experience with national quality metrics (e.g., PQA, HEDIS)
+ Experience with Medicare stars ratings, metrics and performance measurement
Physical Demands

+ Occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, and crouch
+ Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Potential pay for this position ranges from $164,000.00 - $279,000.00 based on experience and skills.
