SAP Finance - COE Transformation Lead

The SAP Finance COE Transformation Lead will be responsible for deal shaping, pre-sales and go-to-market teams within the organization. You are the heart of the core team comprised of Business and Solutions experts, Program Management Advisors and Enterprise Architects. You will play an intricate part in driving the rapid expansion of our SAP transformation business around SAP S/4HANA, BTP and RISE.

Your role

+ You will be responsible to support the digital transformation and respond to their challenges of transforming their businesses around SAP solutions (S/4HANA at the clean core, BTP, and all required extensions from both SAP, Hyper-scalers or other third party SAP partners).

+ You will be a key figure of the early shaping, ERP advisory, solutioning and delivery of SAP Finance transformation programs, leveraging our unique and flexible end-to-end Large Transformation Program and Reference model approach.

+ You will be at the heart of our continued expansion of SAP business- both in presales and in projects.

+ You understand your client’s business and can advise the CFO on how to get the most out of the SAP transformation.

+ Working with clients, bringing their business ambitions to life with SAP S/4HANA, leveraging your sector, business domain and SAP S/4HANA expertise

+ Responsible for in-depth consulting and functional experience across SAP and partner components in Finance, a strong knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP in your expertise domain and a clear vision of related trends in different Industries.

+ You are a key player in large Transformation programs for customers (team size of 100 people), based on SAP at the core.

+ Endowed with natural leadership abilities, your qualities of customer relationships and business development are recognized.

+ Oriented towards the satisfaction of your customers, you are driven by a taste for challenge, and you know how to transform constraints into opportunities.

+ Deeply immersed in your ecosystem, you materialize business development leads.

+ You are used to working in a collaborative environment with different teams comprised of Business Advisory Consultants, Solution Experts, Marketing and Sales teams and the ability to create networks across countries.

+ Leveraging your experience in presenting to senior client stakeholders goes up to and including CFO-level.

Your skills and experience:

+ You have more than 20 years professional SAP experience in either value stream leadership, business or domain expertise.

+ Bachelor degree or equivalent

+ SAP Certifications & Additional Professional certifications preferred.

+ SAP and related Industry solutions : Pharma / Consumer products / Retail / Advanced Manufacturing / Automotive / or Aerospace

+ You are a Subject Matter expert in Finance performance / Group reporting, Cloud models / Hyperscalers / RISE, BTP and Continuous transformation approach, Data transformation and SDT, Process intelligence / process management

+ You are an engaging and enthusiastic communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

+ You have strong connections with the broader SAP ecosystem e.g. SAP and other relevant partner organizations
